• Rent-to-Own (RTO): Experience a Minicle® machine at home for an initial 30 days before deciding whether to purchase.
• Therapeutic Access Program (TAP™): Request temporary home access for a defined period to support your pet’s bathing and hygiene routine.

What Happens After You Apply?

After reviewing your application, the Cocojor Team will contact you by email regarding:

• Your requested program and anticipated length of use
• Your household’s bathing needs and home water setup
• Any additional information needed to evaluate your application
• Current loaner-machine availability and waiting-list status
• The next steps for your private consultation

If approved and a machine becomes available, we will explain the applicable program agreement, rental fees, security deposit and payment arrangements before you commit.

Completing this form does not create a rental or purchase obligation.

Application Guidelines

• Submit one application per household.
• Select RTO, TAP™ or “Not sure yet.”
• Tell us how many pets will use the machine and your anticipated length of use.
• Provide accurate information about your home bathing setup and water pressure.
• Use the Comments section for questions or special circumstances.

Approval & Waiting List

Both programs are available to qualified Oʻahu pet owners for personal household use.

All applications are subject to Cocojor approval and loaner-machine availability.

Approved applicants are placed on a first-come, first-served waiting list based on their approval date.

When a machine becomes available, Cocojor will contact the next approved applicant to confirm readiness and arrange the required agreement, payment and security deposit.

Application submission and approval do not guarantee immediate equipment availability.

About Your Minicle® Loaner
If approved, you will be entrusted with an Angel Minicle® Micro Bubble System machine with a retail value of $5,300. RTO and TAP™ require applicable program fees and a refundable security deposit. Participants are responsible for caring for and returning the equipment according to the signed program agreement. Full program terms will be reviewed with you before payment or equipment placement.

Important Program Information

Participation requires an approved application, a signed program agreement, applicable rental payments and a refundable security deposit subject to the agreement.

RTO and TAP™ are separate home-access programs. Neither requires you to purchase a machine.

The Minicle® Micro Bubble System machine is intended to support bathing, hygiene and general wellness. It does not replace veterinary diagnosis or treatment. For use following surgery or injury, or with an active medical condition, consult your veterinarian before beginning.
