1. FABRIC CHOICES AND SIZES

At COCOJOR HAWAII, LLC, our authentic all season Hawaiian Collection apparel is made right here in Hawaii. Since we make our apparel in quality instead of quantity, we are always replenishing our stock in new fabric colors and styles for you to choose from in order to create that unique image. All of our fabrics are in limited designs and based on a first come first served basis. Therefore, you will need to have an alternate fabric selected in case we don’t have your first fabric choice available.

We have sizes available in Baby, XXS, XS, S, M, L, and XL. We do have some styles in 2XL, 3XL and 4XL sizes. We are the only company to make Hawaiian wear for 2 lbs to 200 lbs sized dogs. Since all of our styles are unique, the grading varies for each style and cut. For details on the sizes please refer to our size chart.

Cocojor Hawaii works each day to provide you with high quality, durable and unique dog apparel and accessories. We do our very best to assure our quality meets your highest expectations. All Cocojor Hawaii apparel is made by top highly skilled craftsmen who produce our island’s best human Hawaiian attire which you will find in name-brand retailers and department stores.

2A. HOW TO ORDER – Regular Customers
(see 2B below if you are a Retailer, Wholesaler, Organization, etc.)

A Visit our website at www.cocojor.com and click on the categories listed to the left of the screen to view the links to our products.

  1. Set up your CUSTOMER ACCOUNT. (First time only)
    If you are a repeater, then LOGIN to your account.
    (You can also set up / login later on - at the checkout time.)

  2. Select your desired product(s) and add to your cart.

  3. Checkout and follow the procedure appears on the screen.

Our website has the latest updates on what is in stock, the newest fabrics, styles, and information about our products.

To order our apparel, go to the desired product’s page; click on the desired swatch thumbnail image, you will see the size chart in the next page. Please select the size and input quantity, and click the [Add to Cart] button.

If the size you need is not listed, it may either be on back order or no longer available. Email us at info@cocojor.com and we will let you know.

For additional help in determining your pet’s size, click on “Size Charts” at the top of the page.

To order our Zen Spa products or Hawaiian Doggie Fragrances, go to the desired product’s page; input quantity and click the [Add to Cart] button to add to your shopping cart.

2B. HOW TO ORDER - RETAILERS, WHOLESALERS, CLUBS, ORGANIZATIONS, etc.

Our shopping site prices are listed as RETAIL prices. To purchase the COCOJOR HAWAII line at our Wholesale rates, Drop shipping rates or Special discount rates, you need to be an Authorized Retailer, Wholesaler or Club/Organization approved by COCOJOR HAWAII prior to the first order.

To obtain the COCOJOR AUTHORIZED Retailer, Wholesaler or Club/Organization status,

Once your form is received, we will review your registration form.

For the approved customer, we will email your approval confirmation letter with the appropriate DISCOUNT CODE and you may begin placing orders at our Wholesale, Drop shipping or Special discount rates.
Please allow us few days to get back to you.


HOW TO ORDER - Authorized retailer/wholesaler/club/organization

Once you are approved and received our authorized DISCOUNT CODE, you can place orders at our discounted rates.

COCOJOR HAWAII asks all purchasers to set up a CUSTOMER ACCOUNT at your first time order on our site - COCOJOR.COM.

  1. Set up your CUSTOMER ACCOUNT. (First time only)
    Make sure you input your company/store name at the company/store name field.

    If you are a repeater, then LOGIN to your account.
    (You can also set up / login later on - at the checkout time.)

  2. Select your desired product(s) and add to your cart.

  3. Checkout and follow the procedure appears on the screen.

  4. All prices are retail prices until you correctly enter your DISCOUNT CODE at the checkout time.


All discount codes are case sensitive.


DISCOUNT CODES and COUPONS

To receive Cocojor-authorized discounts (wholesale rates, drop shipping rates, or club/organization special discount rates) or to redeem Cocojor coupons, please enter the information in the Discount code section during the checkout process.

[CHECKOUT] page under the Additional Information - [DISCOUNT CODE:] section.

The system will automatically calculate the discount and deduct the correct amount if the information is correctly entered.

Due to the limited availability of our collection, in the event that any item in your order is unavailable we will notify you immediately. Please contact us by email, phone or fax if you would like to substitute it with a different color, size, or different item altogether. We will send a confirmation of your final revised order to your email address and note any revisions to your total cost.

3. PAYMENT & SHIPPING TERMS FOR ORDERS

We accept Visa, Master Card, American Express, and Discover credit cards. Your card will be charged when the shipping rate has been determined, and will include any discounts, taxes, etc. as appropriate.

SHIPPING RATE: When you place an order with us, your shipping charges will be automatically calculated based on the estimated cost of $2.00 per item. Your actual shipping charges will be what the United States Postal Service (USPS) charges us to send it via Priority Mail with Delivery Confirmation.

Priority Mail takes 3 - 5 days for shipping.
If you prefer to have your item sent to you with insurance or sent to you via Express Mail (2 - 3 days) please indicate this in the [Shipping Request] section at the checkout page and we will adjust the shipping fee for you.

You can choose from
Priority Mail with Delivery Confirmation (default shipping)
USPS Priority Mail (3 - 5 days) with insurance -Extra charge
USPS Express Mail (2 - 3 days) with Delivery Confirmation -Extra charge
USPS Express Mail (2 - 3 days) with insurance -Extra charge
... at the [Shipping Request] section.

If you have any comment, request or you would like other additional services such as delivery with signature confirmation, special insurance, or any other service that the USPS provides, please indicate those in the [Shipping/Order Comment] box at the checkout page and we will adjust the shipping fee accordingly.

The actual shipping cost is based upon weight and will vary depending on the item. For example a cooling mat weighs more than an Aloha Shirt. If the actual shipping cost is lower than what was estimated, we will charge you the lower amount. We will make sure that you get the best rate in shipping cost.

For HAWAII orders ONLY we will need to charge 4.712% in general excise tax. All other orders are not subject to a sales tax.

UNITED STATES ORDERS: you will be responsible for the shipping costs.

INTERNATIONAL ORDERS INCLUDING CANADA: you will be responsible for shipping, duty and customs costs upon receipt of the shipment. These rules vary by country and your local government determines duty and customs charges.

4. LEAD-TIME

In-stock orders will be processed within 1 – 14 business days. An estimated shipping date will be given at the time of ordering. Shipping takes 3 - 5 days via the US Postal Service’s Priority Mail Let us know if you’d rather use other methods of express mail (1 - 3 days). Items that are on back order will be shipped out accordingly.

5. RETURN & REPLACEMENT POLICY

Note: Cocojor Hawaii will only handle exchanges or returns of items purchased directly from us. If you purchased Cocojor products from an authorized retailer, please contact them directly to exchange or return your item. The contact information for our authorized retailers can be found in the “Store Locations” section of our website.

At Cocojor Hawaii, we strive to be very detail oriented; all items are carefully checked for quality control before we send the order out to you.

If a product is defective or damaged in shipping, you must inform Cocojor Hawaii within 14 days of receipt of the damaged item. If the product is defective or damaged we will either replace the item or refund your money. In cases of replacement, since fabrics are in limited designs, we cannot guarantee replacement with the original fabric. Once we receive the returned merchandise we will issue a replacement or refund for the item. All returned items would need a return authorization number and be returned back to us in their original packaging. Shipping and Handling fees are not refundable.

For CUSTOMIZED ORDERS: we do not accept returns or refunds on merchandise of any kind, unless the product is defective or damaged in shipping.

Important Information Regarding Exchanges & Returns:

  • All returns require an Exchange or Return Authorization number.

  • All shipping and handling fees are non-refundable.

  • Buyers are responsible for all return shipping costs.

  • Contact us at info@cocojorhawaii.com to obtain an Exchange or Return Authorization Number, and the proper address.

  • Instructions on where to ship back the item will be sent to you along with the Exchange or Return Authorization Number, depending on which courier service you will be using to return or exchange the item.

  • A separate address is required for exchanges and/or returns, do not ship to the sending address without informing us.

  • All exchanges/returns must be done within 14 days from the date the shipment went out from our shipping department. All items returned after the 14th day will be subject to a 15% restocking fee.

  • Any exchanges or returns received without a Return Authorization number are subject to a 20% restocking fee.

  • ALL returns or exchanges of pet carriers will incur a 20% restocking fee.

Cocojor Hawaii is committed to protecting your privacy and offering a safe place for you to order. We do not sell, trade, or rent your personal information to others. We offer the most secure way to order online by using Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) software. This software encrypts your personal data, such as your contact information or address, before it is sent over the Internet and allows you to order through us safely. The personal information we require is simply to process and fulfill your order and to notify you of your order status.

Cocojor Hawaii reserves the right to refuse to accept or manufacture orders upon our discretion.
