Please refrain from accepting any payments from your referral client.
All payment arrangements will be handled directly by the Cocojor team. We will issue the official checkout invoice to the client.

Please ensure all fields are completed accurately
Keep a copy of this submission for your records
Once submitted, you will receive a confirmation notification

Simply complete the form, and we will take care of the rest — including client communication, invoicing, shipping, payouts, and accounting.
