Refund & Return Policy for DOG WEAR, We have a 30 day return policy. Unfortunately if 30 days have passed since your purchase, we cannot offer a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging for Dog Wear. 


Refund & Return Policy for Shampoo, Conditioner, Aromatherapy Mist and Minicle Micro Bubble Brush the packaging cannot be opened or used. Due to sanitary and hygiene restriction.  

*Restocking fees will apply for ALL COCOJOR ITEMS,

Individual & Business Course is non-refundable once you sign into the Cocojor Classroom. 

Webinar, Workshops Seminar pre-paid and paid sessions are non-refundable.

Minicle Micro Bubble Machine has a separate policy please see the details on your modules and website. 

General Cancellation Policy: Minicle Micro Bubble Machine 

Because it’s custom made you will have 24 hours to cancel.  

Cancellation Policy. A customer can cancel an order up to 10 minutes after the order is placed with a credit card or check payment.  But if you paid through Afterpay you will need to deal with them directly since we are unable to help you with the process due to a third party platform, but you will need to contact us immediately within the 24 hours time limit. We do not accept any cancellation due to custom order made and health equipment has very strict restrictions in Japan. Once a custom product has gone into production order to the factory, we won't be able to cancel it. Custom orders are non-refundable and non-returnable. We are hoping it will get to us faster but due to COVID the transportation and customs in shipping takes time. We make every effort in getting it to you faster.


Damaged Goods

Should your product arrive damaged, please reply to your order confirmation email with pictures of your damaged goods and we will replace the damaged item(s) asap. To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.


Refunds (if applicable)

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 14 business days.


Late or missing refunds (if applicable)

If you haven’t received a refund yet, please check your bank account again.

Please then contact your credit card company—it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at [email protected]


Sale items (if applicable)

Unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.

PLEASE NOTE: Returns for the Minicle Micro Bubble Machine are handled separately and the return address will be given upon the RN request within the 24 hour time frame if your machine is damage or not function properly ONLY.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged or refund product to reach you, may vary. You are responsible for shipping. Shipping is not refundable. If you are shipping an item over $75, consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We do not guarantee we will receive your returned item.
