At Cocojor, we are a luxury wellness and lifestyle brand. Our policies are designed to protect the integrity of our products and respect the craftsmanship, sanitary standards, and custom work involved in creating them. Our policies are final and non-negotiable.
RETURNS
MICRO BUBBLE MACHINE — PLEASE READ UNDER THAT SECTION
DOG WEAR
Refund & Return Policy for DOG WEAR:
We have a 7-day return policy. Unfortunately, if more than 7 days have passed since your purchase, we cannot offer a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, unworn, and in the same condition that you received it, and it must be in the original packaging.
SPAW PRODUCTS
Refund & Return Policy for Shampoo, Conditioner, Aromatherapy Mist, and Minicle® Micro Bubble Brush:
The packaging must be unopened and unused. Due to sanitary and hygiene restrictions, opened/used products cannot be returned or refunded.
RESTOCKING FEES

A 15% restocking fee applies to Dog Wear and Spaw Products.

A 25% restocking fee applies to special/custom orders (including the Minicle® Micro Bubble Machine) if canceled within 24 hours of purchase, unless defective.

After 24 hours, cancellations are not accepted.
DIGITAL & EDUCATIONAL PRODUCTS

Non-refundable once you sign into the Cocojor Classroom.

Webinars, workshops, and seminars (pre-paid or paid) are also non-refundable.
MINICLE® MICRO BUBBLE MACHINE

This is a custom-made product subject to strict health regulations in Japan.

You have 24 hours to cancel after placing your order.

Once the order is sent to the Japan factory, it cannot be canceled, refunded, or returned.

Upon delivery, you have 72 hours to report any damages, leaks, or defects.

Reports must include details + photos and be submitted through your:
VIP Classroom → Welcome Kit → Warranty Section.

Returns are accepted only if damaged or non-functional and reported within 72 hours.

After 72 hours, the warranty applies (repair/replacement only). No returns.

Shipping timelines may vary due to customs and global delays, but we make every effort to expedite delivery.
GENERAL CANCELLATION POLICY

Orders paid by credit card/check can be canceled within 10 minutes of purchase.

Orders paid through AfterPay, Klarna, or other third-party financing: you must contact the financing company directly. Cocojor has no authority over their policies.

Custom orders cannot be canceled after 24 hours.
DAMAGED GOODS
Should your product arrive damaged, please reply to your order confirmation email with pictures of the damaged goods. We will replace the damaged item(s) as soon as possible.
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
REFUNDS (IF APPLICABLE)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email notification of approval or rejection.

If approved, your refund will be processed and credited back to your original method of payment within 14 business days.

Customer is responsible for return shipping. Shipping charges are non-refundable.

For items over $75, we recommend a trackable shipping service or shipping insurance. Cocojor does not guarantee receipt of returned items.
LATE OR MISSING REFUNDS
If you haven’t received your refund yet:

Contact your credit card company (it may take time before your refund is officially posted).

Contact your bank (processing times vary).

SALE ITEMS
All sale items are final sale. They cannot be refunded or returned.
EXCHANGES (IF APPLICABLE)
You must first receive an Exchange Number (EN) by emailing [email protected].
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange for the same item, send your EN and item to:

Minicle® Micro Bubble Machine returns are handled separately and the return address will be provided only if the machine is damaged or non-functional and reported within the 72-hour window.
FINAL NOTE
Cocojor is a luxury brand. We do not support “trial shopping” or casual returns. Unlike mass retailers, we operate with strict product integrity, health regulations, and custom craftsmanship. Please review carefully before purchase.
