When you participate in RTO or TAP™, Cocojor is entrusting your household with an Angel Minicle® Micro Bubble System machine with a retail value of $5,300.
Our home-access programs were created to give qualified Oʻahu households an opportunity to experience Minicle® at home without purchasing the machine first.
Because each loaner is a valuable piece of equipment that must remain available for other participating households, program fees and refundable security deposits help us responsibly maintain our home-access program.

Approval & Waiting List
Both RTO and TAP™ require approval and are subject to equipment availability.
Approved applicants are placed on a first-come, first-served waiting list based on their approval date.
When a loaner machine becomes available, Cocojor will contact the next approved applicant to confirm readiness and arrange the program agreement, applicable payment, and refundable security deposit.
Approval does not guarantee immediate equipment availability.

RTO and TAP™ are available to qualified Oʻahu residents for personal household use only.
Commercial grooming, veterinary, boarding, daycare, breeding-business, mobile-grooming, and other income-generating uses are not permitted under these programs.
Participation requires approval, a signed agreement, equipment availability, and applicable payments and security deposits.
Cocojor may modify or discontinue future program offerings, subject to existing agreements and applicable law.
The Minicle® Micro Bubble System machine supports bathing and hygiene routines. It does not replace veterinary diagnosis or treatment. Consult your veterinarian before use following surgery or for an active medical condition.

Ready to Own?
If you decide to purchase, Monica Shigenaga and the Cocojor Team will guide you through ordering your new Minicle® machine from Japan and explain the available ownership arrangements.
Because each new machine is made to order in Japan, eligible purchasers may receive up to 30 days of complimentary continued loaner use during production and shipping, subject to their purchase agreement.
Your loaner must be returned as agreed when your newly purchased machine is delivered.
Not Ready to Purchase?
Simply arrange to return your loaner. Your security deposit is refundable following return and inspection, subject to your signed agreement.
Best for: Pet owners considering ownership who want to experience the machine at home before making a purchase decision.
The security deposit is separate from the rental fee. Refunds and any application of the deposit toward a purchase are governed by the signed agreement.

- Seasonal skin and coat care: Extra bathing and hygiene attention during certain times of the year.
- Temporary hygiene needs: Convenient bathing at home for a defined period.
- Senior dogs: Home bathing routines adapted to their comfort and mobility.
- Breeding, prenatal, and postnatal care: Hygiene support for mothers and breeding dogs, with veterinary guidance when appropriate.
- After surgery or injury: Bathing only when approved by your veterinarian.
- Short-term therapeutic care: Bathing and hygiene support alongside veterinarian-directed care.
- Less travel: Home access when frequent trips to bathing appointments are difficult.

You may request an extension if your household needs continued access.
Extensions require Cocojor approval and are subject to loaner-machine availability, the current waiting list, and a new or updated agreement. Any applicable rental rate will be confirmed before your extension begins.

If you decide to explore ownership, Monica Shigenaga and the Cocojor Team will review your options with you.
Qualifying participants may be eligible for a special usage credit toward a new Minicle® machine, based on consecutive rental months and rental history.
Eligibility and credit amounts are determined individually and confirmed in writing before purchase. Previous rental payments do not automatically become purchase credits.
Best for: Pet owners seeking temporary home access for their dog’s bathing and hygiene needs rather than an immediate path to ownership.
Security deposits are separate from rental fees. Refunds are subject to equipment return, inspection, and the signed agreement.
